IDD (Internal Dynamic Damping)
When the corrugating rolls run, there is a moment when their harmonic vibrations match causing vibration within the single facer. These are critical speeds that cause a reduction in the quality of the corrugated or defects in its bonding.
To avoid this, Tiruña has designed and installed worldwide, an anti-vibration IDD pressure roll with spectacular and lasting results, which have increased productivity of the customer’s machinery at minimal cost.
